About me

Throughout my career I’ve held a range of roles in the intersection of marketing and IT-working as a programmer, analyst, and manager across different areas of technology and digital advertising. I’ve developed in multiple programming languages and, since 1999, I’ve specialized in online projects for businesses, including web development, e-CRM, information retrieval (IR), and office automation. Starting in 2010, my focus shifted toward expert systems, online knowledge bases (KB), and the design of internal search engines. Looking ahead, I’m particularly drawn to recent advances in artificial intelligence (AI), data science, and machine learning-especially natural language processing (NLP) and the development of automated systems (bots and chatbots) for customer support.

Why do I share my notes online? Quite simply, because I don’t always remember everything I read, study, or the solutions I come up with at work. Whenever I forget, I can retrieve the answer from my notes using the internal search engine in my personal knowledge base. I decided to make these notes publicly available because they might be helpful to others too. Plus, exchanging ideas with different perspectives is always a chance to grow. After all… we’re all just dwarfs standing on the shoulders of giants.
